A plant-based food with a peculiar fibrillar texture, manufactured with high quality ingredients through a production process which foresee a special targeted fermentation with our natural yeasts, and a maturation phase.

KINVIT® is sustainable, cruelty free, made in Italy with love. It has a high nutritional index, and a low residue. 


The manufacturing process requires a very small amount of water and energy. Our main focus is put on the ingredients, whose quality is fundamental.

 

We use exclusively our natural yeasts which operate with precision on wheat and legumes.
