Starting from the blend of flours and other KINVIT® ingredients - spices and plant-based oils – we create a mixture adding water and our natural yeasts which start a targeted fermentation that acts differently for wheat, chickpeas and lupine. Once the fermentation process is completed, the mixture is stuffed into cellulose casings and cooked in a boiler.
Once cooled, KINVIT® is left in the maturing cell where, once the maturation phase is completed, it is ready for CUTS and packing.
